Hotwells House: your basecamp for the ultimate Bristol uni life.

During the 2026/27 academic year, we are planning to carry out building works and refurbishment/ renovation works within the property. You will hear noise disruption between 8AM to 6PM Monday to Friday within all blocks of the property. The car park will also be used by contractors so there may be noise disturbance from this too. We will communicate notice of these works ahead of them starting and update you through the process. We'll also be available at reception should you have any questions throughout your stay.

During your stay, in select rooms, you may be requested to move rooms due to this refurbishment process - if you are contacted about moving, you would receive advanced notice and you would receive a free upgrade to a brand new ensuite room! Not all rooms will be part of the moving process.
