Our Gold Studio is a self-contained 1 bedroom student apartment allowing independent living. It features a small double bed, study desk and chair, shelving storage, an ensuite and a kitchenette. Plus, enjoy complimentary unlimited internet access and the convenience of having all utilities included in the rent!

During the 2026/27 academic year, we are planning to carry out building works and refurbishment/renovation works within the property. You will hear noise disruption between 8AM to 6PM Monday to Friday within all blocks of the property. The car park will also be used by contractors so there may be noise disturbance from this too.
We will communicate notice of these works ahead of them starting and update you through the process. We'll also be available at reception should you have any questions throughout your stay.
