Gold Ensuite

Our Gold Ensuite bedroom will be brand new for the 2026/27 academic year, meaning you'll be the first to live in it! It'll feature a small double bed, ensuite, wardrobe, study desk and chair. Set within a 3 or 4 bed flat, you'd share the open kitchen and lounge with a TV.

Plus, enjoy complimentary unlimited internet access up to 250Mbps and the convenience of having all utilities included in the rent!

The images/content used for this room type are of a similar refurbishment we introduced at a different property, while we await new photography and illustrations specific to this brand new room type. During the 2026/27 academic year, we are planning to carry out building works and refurbishment/ renovation works within the property. You will hear noise disruption between 8AM to 6PM Monday to Friday within all blocks of the property. The car park will also be used by contractors so there may be noise disturbance from this too.

We will communicate notice of these works ahead of them starting and update you through the process. We'll also be available at reception should you have any questions throughout your stay.
