AY26/27 - £50 Viewing offer T&Cs

‘Voucher’ means a GiftPay voucher, emailed directly to the student.

‘Viewing’ means attending a viewing in person at any of our properties outlined further down these T&C’s.

‘HEI’ means a higher education institution, including universities.

‘Offer’ means a voucher incentive offer.

‘You’ means the applicant for a tenancy signed for the 2026/27 academic year.

1. Customers who view in the below stated properties between 23/03/2026 and 31/05/2026, and sign their contract within 7 days of viewing and surpass the 3 day cooling period, receive a £50 voucher, subject to these terms and conditions:

1a) By booking a viewing through our website using the HubSpot calendar link and attending the viewing onsite at either:

• MSV, Manchester (cap of 20 claimers)

• MSV South, Manchester (cap of 20 claimers)

• 121 Princess Street, Manchester (cap of 15 claimers)

• Weston Court, Manchester (cap of 15 claimers)

• The Grafton, Manchester (cap of 15 claimers))

• Hotwells House, Bristol (cap of 15 claimers)

• Garth Heads, Newcastle (cap of 15 claimers)

• Castle Gate, Nottingham (cap of 15 claimers)

• Archer House, Nottingham (cap of 15 claimers)

1b) By being within the first capped number of people to claim this offer (cap is stated above per property).

2. To qualify and receive the voucher, the student must view one of the above properties during the above time period, sign the contract and surpass the 3 day cooling off period, all between 23/03/2026 and 31/05/2026.

3. As long as the customer meets the above criteria, the voucher payment will be made in the form of a GiftPay (https://www.giftpay.co.uk/business/egifts.aspx) voucher sent directly to their email address.

4. We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods. Any alternative payment method requests will not be granted.

5. Students will be contacted via email if they are eligible to receive the voucher. This will occur a maximum of 2 months after the viewing took place (eg. if viewing took place in March, the latest it’d be sent to them is by end of May).

6. We will ask student to sign a Dwell Gift Acceptance Form before we can issue the voucher.

7. If the applicant has not heard from us more than 2 months after they viewed but believe they may be eligible to receive the voucher, they must contact us by the 03/06/2026 so we can review their request. Any contact after this date means their request will not be reviewed.

8. The decision to pay the Offer is at the absolute discretion of Dwell Student Living.

9. Dwell Student Living will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of participating in this incentive.

8. Dwell Student Living reserves the right to limit this offer to prevent unusual use and abuse. Where Dwell

Student Living suspects unusual use or abuse it reserves the right to suspend a customer’s right to the offer.

10. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and jurisdiction.

11. Dwell Student Living reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.
