Whether you’re interested in Manchester, Liverpool, Nottingham, Newcastle or Bristol, we can provide the perfect base for your stay. Our accommodation teams will always do their best to accommodate your stay and make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

Currently a Dweller living with us for 2025/26?

At the majority of your properties, you'll be able to extend your stay with us. Check below for which option is best for you to apply, book and pay for (depending on availability):

  • Extension:  extend your stay and pay your current weekly price, latest you can stay is August due to needing to get rooms prepared for 2026/27, the next academic year
  • Storage: for residents who've rebooked for 2026/27 - keep your belongings in your room for a £200 flat fee for the total gap period. You will need to hand your 2025/26 key in upon your current year's contract ending, then you can collect your key when you check in for 2026/27
  • Early Arrival: for residents who've rebooked for 2026/27 - stay with us from when your current 2025/26 contract ends up to when your 2026/27 contract starts, paying your 2026/27 weekly price

New student going to live with us for 2026/27?

Across several of our properties, you may be able to arrive early by applying, signing and paying for it (depending on availability):

  • Early Arrival: arrive earlier than when your 2026/27 contract starts, paying your 2026/27 weekly price

Only going to live with us for Summer?

Across several of our properties, you may be able to stay for just the summer period (not currently living with us and/or not booked for 2026/27). To do so, you'd apply, sign and pay for it (depending on availability):

  • Summer: live with us for just the summer period - only available at select sites below:
  • Manchester Student Village (MSV) = non-ensuite £150 p/w & ensuite £200 p/w
  • MSV South = ensuite £170 p/w
  • Weston Court = non-ensuite £130 p/w
  • Cathedral Campus = non-ensuite £125 p/w & ensuite £135 p/w
  • Garth Heads = non-ensuite £94 p/w
  • Castle Gate Haus = non-ensuite £104 p/w, ensuite £120 p/w & studio £135 p/w
  • Archer House = ensuite £140 p/w & studio £166 p/w
