AY26/27 - MSV South Gym Pass offer T&Cs
‘Gym pass’ means a gym pass provided to student if they are randomly selected as a winner in the prize draw (alternatively, offered as a GiftPay voucher amount instead).
‘Booking’ means a completed booking for the 2026/27 academic year which requires you to sign a tenancy agreement with Dwell Student Living which is accepted, and for all supporting documentation (including guarantor’s if applicable) to be provided and accepted, as well as the deposit payment made (if applicable).
‘HEI’ means a higher education institution, including universities.
‘Offer’ or 'Prize Draw' means a 1-year gym pass offer provided to student if they are randomly selected as a winner in the prize draw (alternatively, offered as a GiftPay voucher amount instead).
‘You’ means the applicant for a tenancy signed for the 2026/27 academic year.
1. Customers who book for the 2026/27 academic year at MSV South in any room type will entered into a prize draw for a 1 year gym pass (alternatively, offered as a GiftPay voucher amount instead), 10 passes in the draw meaning 10 winners, subject to these terms and conditions:
1a) By applying for and signing a contract for any room type at MSV South, from 17:30PM (BST)
on 18th May 2026 up until 11:59 PM (BST) on 30 of June 2026, you'll be entered into a prize draw to win a 1-year gym pass.
2. To qualify and be entered into the prize draw, and to receive the offer/pass if you are one of the lucky 10 winners once the customer has checked into their 2026/27 academic year accommodation, the customer must satisfy all the following conditions:
(i) booked for 2026/27 academic year accommodation by completing our website’s booking system if a current or new student to Dwell (internet access required for both);
(ii) booked for 2026/27 in MSV South in any room type on a 45 or 50 week contract length
(iii) must have used the offer code “GYM” in their application’s “Application Offer”, “Booking Offer” or “Other
information” section;
(iv) signed their 2026/27 accommodation contract within 7 days of being sent it;
(v) not requested a cancellation for their 2026/27 Dwell accommodation booking;
(vi) be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period and undertaking a course of study at a HEI in the United Kingdom during the 2026/27 academic year;
(vii) checked-into the accommodation for your 2026/27 contract tenancy period;
(viii) be living with Dwell Student Living on 1st October 2026 with a valid tenancy agreement and without
having given Dwell Student Living notice of cancellation at any time;
(ix) not be in rent arrears or have any outstanding payments associated with their Dwell account by 1st October 2026;
And
(x) provided all supporting documents for the booking which are accepted by Dwell.
3. As long as the customer meets the above criteria, they will be entered into the draw for a gym pass. The 10 winners will be randomly selected by using a prize draw wheel, and if a winning student, the 1-year gym pass will be provided to you whether by us, Dwell, or by the gym provider themselves (alternatively, offered as a GiftPay voucher amount instead which would be provided by us at Dwell).
4. If one of the 10 lucky winners, you will be contacted by end of October confirming you are a winner and letting you know the next steps on how to claim the 1-year gym pass (or a GiftPay voucher). If you are not selected in the prize draw, you will not receive a 1-year pass (or a GiftPay voucher) and you will not be contacted regarding it.
5. We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods, such as a GiftPay voucher up to the amount of £300. Any alternative payment method requests will not be granted.
6. The decision to pay the Offer is at the absolute discretion of Dwell Student Living.
7. Offers do not apply to Tenancy Takeovers.
8. Offers do not apply if you request to cancel at any time for your 2026/27 booking. For example, if you request to cancel partway through the contract, then your gym pass offer will be removed from your account and you will no longer be eligible for it.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
10. This offer cannot be applied or added retrospectively.
11. Dwell Student Living will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of participating in this incentive.
12. Dwell Student Living reserves the right to limit this offer to prevent unusual use and abuse. Where Dwell
Student Living suspects unusual use or abuse it reserves the right to suspend a customer’s right to the offer.
13. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and jurisdiction.
14. Dwell Student Living reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.
