Weston Court

Want student digs that won’t drain your bank account but still serve up the buzz? Say hello to Weston Court, right in the heart of Fallowfield, Manchester’s ultimate student playground, stacked with cafés, bars, shops and so much more.

At Weston Court, you're just a stone's throw from the action, yet can easily find moments of calm in the large outdoor green space and courtyard — perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying some downtime.

Platt Fields Park is right nearby, with courts, a skatepark and a lake. Perfect for a breather, a kickabout or a sunny-day picnic, all for free.

Commuting to your studies is a breeze: The University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) are both a short and direct bus journey along Wilmslow road. Buses run up and down Wilmslow Road and Oxford Road all day, so the city centre is never far. Missed one? Another’s round the corner. Prefer to cycle? Manchester's dedicated cycle lanes make for a safe and quick route. Walking is also a viable option.

Weston Court provides affordable non-ensuite flats within a secure, gated community with fob access. You'll also have the reassurance of both an on-site team and a reliable maintenance team to support your needs.

This is truly your perfect mix of chill and connection.

During the 2027/28 academic year, we are planning to carry out building works and refurbishment/ renovation works within the property. You will hear noise disruption between 8AM to 6PM Monday to Friday within all blocks of the property. The car park will also be used by contractors so there may be noise disturbance from this too. We will communicate notice of these works ahead of them starting and update you throughout the process. We'll also be available at reception should you have any questions throughout your stay.

During your stay, you may also be requested to move rooms due to this refurbishment process - if you are contacted about moving, you would receive advanced notice and you would receive a free upgrade to a brand new room!
