Our Gold Non Ensuite is a large-sized bedroom that features a double bed, wardrobe, study desk and chair. Set within a 2 or 3 bed apartment in Manchester on the top floor, you'd share the toilet/shower-room, kitchen and balcony.

In the kitchen, only the 3 bed apartment includes a table and chairs.

During the 2026/27 academic year, we are planning to carry out building works and refurbishment/ renovation works within the property. You will hear noise disruption between 8AM to 6PM Monday to Friday within all areas of the property. We will communicate notice of these works ahead of them starting and update you through the process. We'll also be available at reception should you have any questions throughout your stay.

During your stay, you may also be requested to move rooms due to this refurbishment process - if you are contacted about moving, you would receive advanced notice. You would be moved to a lower floor room type.
