27/28 - "Instant Prize" - Cathedral Campus
‘Booking’ means a completed booking for the 2027/28 academic year which requires you to sign a tenancy agreement with Dwell Student Living which is accepted, and for all supporting documentation (including guarantor’s if applicable) to be provided and accepted, as well as the deposit payment made (if applicable).
‘HEI’ means a higher education institution, including universities.
‘Offer’ means a rebooking incentive offer.
‘You’ means the applicant for a tenancy signed for the 2027/28 academic year.
1. Customers who rebook for the 2027/28 academic year at Cathedral Campus will be able to select a prize at random at the site reception (by selecting a key and seeing which padlock it opens) subject to these terms and conditions:
1a) By applying for and signing a contract for the above location, from 2 pm (BST) 21st October 2026 up until 11:59PM (GMT) on 30th November 2026 or until all prizes have been collected, whichever happens soonest.
b) During this period, the customer will have participated in ‘Instant Prize’ at their reception desk. This includes photos/videos been taken for social media and marketing use so the student will need to allow this to happen.
2. To qualify and receive the prize at the reception when the visit for this "Instant Prize" campaign, the customer must satisfy all the following conditions:
(i) booked for 2027/28 academic year accommodation by completing rebooking on our website’s booking system.
(ii) booked for 2027/28 at an applicable site and room type.
(iii) signed their 2027/28 accommodation contract within 7 days of being sent it;
(iv) not requested a cancellation for their 2027/28 Dwell accommodation booking before visiting reception;
(v) be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2027/28 tenancy period and undertaking a course of study at a HEI in the United Kingdom during the 2027/28 academic year;
And
(vi) not be in rent arrears or have any outstanding payments associated with their Dwell account by when they visit reception.
3. As long as the customer meets the above criteria, the student will select a remainnig key and see which padlock it opens. The student will collect that prize.

4. We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods. Any alternative payment method requests will not be granted.
5. The decision to pay the Offer is at the absolute discretion of Dwell Student Living.
6. Offers do not apply to Tenancy Takeovers.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. This offer cannot be applied or added retrospectively.
9. Dwell Student Living will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of participating in this incentive.
10. Dwell Student Living reserves the right to limit this offer to prevent unusual use and abuse. Where Dwell Student Living suspects unusual use or abuse it reserves the right to suspend a customer’s right to the offer.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and jurisdiction.
12. Dwell Student Living reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.
