27/28 - All Sites "Nintendo Switch" Rebooking Event

‘Booking’ means a completed booking for the 2027/28 academic year which requires you to sign a tenancy agreement with Dwell Student Living which is accepted, and for all supporting documentation (including guarantor’s if applicable) to be provided and accepted, as well as the deposit payment made (if applicable).

‘HEI’ means a higher education institution, including universities.

‘Offer’ or 'Prize' means a Nintendo Switch.

‘You’ means the applicant who is currently living with us in a Dwell property for the 2026/27 academic year.

1. Customers who are currently a Dwell resident and living in a Dwell property for the 2026/27 academic year, can be in with a chance of winning a Nintendo Switch at the site's Rebooking event (by trying to guess a 4-digit code to open the box that contains the Nintendo Switch), subject to these terms and conditions:
(i) By participating in your site's Rebooking event where you can guess a 4-digit code to see if it unlocks the Nintendo Switch prize. Available during the event time period, or until it's been claimed, whichever happens soonest.

2. If the customer guesses the correct 4-digit code whichs opens the box that contains the Nintendo Switch, the student must satisfy all the following conditions:
(i) living on-site for 2026/27 academic year accommodation;
(ii) joining the Rebooking event (date/time outlined further down) at the site that you currently live at;
(iii) not requested a cancellation for their 2026/27 Dwell accommodation booking;
(iv) not be in rent arrears or have any outstanding payments associated with their Dwell account by the time of the event;
(v) prove they're a current resident to ensure fair participation in the prize event;

And

(vi) have picture/video content aptured by Dwell staff to be used for Dwell marketing reasons (eg. shared on social media, marketing collateral internally and/or externally).

3. We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods. Any alternative payment method requests will not be granted.

4. The decision to pay the Offer is at the absolute discretion of Dwell Student Living.

5. Offers do not apply to Tenancy Takeovers.

6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

7. This offer cannot be applied or added retrospectively.

8. Dwell Student Living will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of participating in this incentive.

9. Dwell Student Living reserves the right to limit this offer to prevent unusual use and abuse. Where Dwell Student Living suspects unusual use or abuse it reserves the right to suspend a customer’s right to the offer.

10. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and jurisdiction.

11. Dwell Student Living reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.
