AY26/27 - £30 Voucher offer for viewings at Archer House T&Cs

‘Voucher’ means a giftpay voucher, emailed directly to the student

‘Viewing’ means attending a viewing in person at our Archer House property (14-22 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AW)

‘HEI’ means a higher education institution, including universities.

‘Offer’ means a voucher incentive offer.

‘You’ means the applicant for a tenancy signed for the 2026/27 academic year.

1. Customers who view Archer House by the 13/03/2026 will recieve a £30 voucher, subject to these terms and conditions:

1a) By booking a viewing through our hubspot portal and attending the viewing onsite at Archer House by the 13th of March 2026.

1b) By being in the first 20 people to claim this offer.

2. To qualify and receive the voucher, the student must tell the site team about the voucher and confirm they heard about us from the UON housing fair on the 23/02/2026 by mentioning 'UON fair' while completing the viewing booking form.

3. As long as the customer meets the above criteria, the voucher payment will be made in the form of a giftpay voucher sent directly to their email address.

4. We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods. Any alternative payment method requests will not be granted.

5. Students will be contacted by the end of March 2026 if the are eligible to recieve the voucher. If the applicant has not heard from us by the end of March but believe they may be eligible, they must contact us by the 03rd of April 2026. Any contact after this date will not be reviewed.

6. The decision to pay the Offer is at the absolute discretion of Dwell Student Living.

7. Dwell Student Living will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of participating in this incentive.

8. Dwell Student Living reserves the right to limit this offer to prevent unusual use and abuse. Where Dwell

Student Living suspects unusual use or abuse it reserves the right to suspend a customer’s right to the offer.

9. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and jurisdiction.

10. Dwell Student Living reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.
