- Booking must be made as a single reservation and cannot be split across multiple bookings.
- Offer valid until 30 November 2026, subject to room availability.
- Valid for 2027 semester 1 bookings.
- Dwell reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of a lease transfer or cancellation, all promotional incentives will be void.
- This promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
- This promotional offer is only available to Tenants who pay rent via an Approved Payment Method (direct debit or bank transfer from an Australian bank account) and maintain that payment method throughout their tenancy from the second month onwards.
