Flexi Lease Terms & Conditions - Dwell Village Melbourne City
- A minimum booking period of 1 month (28 days) applies.
- Flexi Leases must end no later than 16 February 2026, with the option to extend by rebooking with Dwell Village Melbourne City.
- A deposit equivalent to one week’s rent is required to confirm the booking. This amount will be applied towards the total rental.
- A cleaning fee will be charged at the end of the lease in accordance with Dwell Village Melbourne City’s standard fee schedule.
- The Dwell Student Living cancellation policy applies to all Flexi Leases.
- All residents must comply with Dwell Village Melbourne City’s House Rules and Code of Conduct at all times. Breaches may result in termination of the lease without refund.
- Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed at booking and must be adhered to unless prior approval is granted. Failure to vacate the room or return keys by the departure date will result in an additional daily room charge. Lost or damaged keys will incur a $50.00 fee.
- Dwell Village Melbourne City is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Residents are encouraged to arrange their own insurance.
- Terms and conditions may be updated at any time, with notice provided to confirmed residents.
