Terms & Conditions
- Enjoy an additional 1 week of free rent on a 52-week lease when booking a 2-, 4-, or 5-bedroom apartment with one or more friends who have not previously stayed with us.
- All applicants must apply and book together to fully occupy the same apartment type (2-, 4-, or 5-bedroom).
- If any group member cancels their booking, the remaining applicants may forfeit the Group Bonus unless a suitable replacement is found.
- The free rent incentive will be applied at the end of the lease term.
- Bookings must be made as one single reservation and cannot be split across multiple bookings.
- In the event of a lease cancellation or transfer, all promotional incentives will be void.
- This promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
- Dwell Village Melbourne City reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
